rest of the world 1 1/2 - 2 weeks (eventually more for large packages). Please consider that customs may want to inspect your package,
delaying it's arrival. Upon request we can also ship by EMS (courier service, very costly).

Absolutely! If you aren't satisfied with our product (for any reason) you can send it back within a week of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
For obvious reasons we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

Our policy has always been not to offer wildcrafted material of any endangered or otherwise ecologically problematic species.
Whenever possible we try to obtain our products from organic farmers or environmentally concerned individuals in the country of origin.
